At Patchee BD, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order to provide your order number and reason for return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging before our courier partner arrives for the pickup.

• 3.
  Product Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a doorstep pickup or provide instructions for you to drop off the item at a designated point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or an exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
